Manzanillo del Mar es una comunidad marginada de la ciudad de Cartagena, dedicada a la pesca y al turismo su actividad gira en torno a un caño principal que divide su habitat y se encuentra en mal estado.
Mediante este proyecto se pretende recuperar y darle vida al caño, el cual es fundamental para la pesca.
Se planteó una estructura que relacionara ambas partes y generara espacios de interés comunitario, como teatros abiertos, zonas de esparcimiento y actividades deportivas. se plantea un manejo ambiantal en torno al proyecto.
Espacio comunicador con áreas de permanencia, su cubierta esta compuesta por paneles solares que suplen de energÃa el proyecto. Use of bridge to create a relation between two sides of the community with recreational areas over it. the use of solar panels provide the protect with energy.
El uso de la plataforma en primer nivel se usa para almacenaje y áreas de servicio, los espejos de agua refrescan el ambiente y generan visuales de gran interés. On first floor the platform have service areas and storage, the water mirrors refresh the space and create interesting views.

Manzanillo del Mar is a marginalized community in the city of Cartagena; its population is mainly dedicated to fishing and tourism. A canal divides the space and is in disrepair.
This project aims to restore and give life to the canal and surroundings, a space that is essential for fishing.
The project consists of a structure that links both sides and generates areas where the community could socialize and exchange, these could serve as outdoor theaters and sports arenas. The project is structured under ecofriendly standards.
