En este proyecto busqué privilegiar la vista del lote hacia el paisaje cafetero abriendo todas sus visuales hacia las montañas y creando espacios mas cerrados hacia la ciudad. Se planteó una doble altura en la zona social delimitada por el volumen principal, y en el volumen secundario se alojaron las habitaciones, una zona mas privada. Utilicé materiales de la zona para crear un juego de texturas y bloquear visuales sobre areas de servicio.
Trabajé concertadamente con el cliente buscando satisfacer sus necesidades sin apartarme de mi concepto de estética y diseño inicial.

Se utilizaron grandes ventanales para privilegiar las visuales y crear ambientes mas permeables con el paisaje. Due to the great visuals in the lot the use of huge windows was a requisite by the client to create a bigger relation between nature and building.

In this project I sought to privilege the view of the lot to the coffee landscape, all its visual opening of the mountains and closing them to the city. A double height was raised in the social area bounded by the main volume and at the secondary volume the rooms, a more private area. I used local materials to create a game of textures and visual block on service areas.
I worked in concert with the client meeting their needs without looking away from my initial concept and design aesthetic.
